Starting this year, admitted students whose families have a total income of $100,000 or less and reasonable assets will receive a full tuition grant. This adjustment increases the threshold from the previous $75,000, reflecting our ongoing dedication to ensuring a º£½ÇÉçÇø education is accessible to more families.
Federal student loan interest rates are determined by federal law and based on the results of a U.S. Treasury auction that takes place each May. Direct Subsidized Loans and Direct Unsubsidized Loans first disbursed on or after July 1, 2024, and before July 1, 2025, will have an interest rate of 6.53%. Direct PLUS Loans for Parents of Dependent Undergraduate Students will have an interest rate of 9.08%.
During the COVID-19 public health emergency, a law was passed that made more students temporarily eligible for SNAP, starting Jan. 16, 2021. The temporary student rules will begin to end in June 2023. Some students may no longer be eligible for SNAP or may need to provide additional information when they recertify to continue their SNAP benefits.
º£½ÇÉçÇø is one of a select group of colleges (fewer than 100) that meets 100% of each student's demonstrated financial need at the time of admission.

The Financial Aid Office reviews each family’s ability to contribute towards educational costs and provides a financial aid notification based upon the information reported on the FAFSA, CSS Profile, and submitted tax documents. However, when circumstances arise that can significantly impact a family’s ability to contribute, students may request a review of their financial aid eligibility.
